Avery Raquel is a Canadian Alternative Soul artist whose music fuses vintage soul, R&B, jazz, and pop into a modern, emotionally resonant sound. With a voice that defies her age and songwriting that blends vulnerability with maturity, Avery delivers a refreshing take on soul-infused storytelling.

Her 2022 self-titled album ‘Avery Raquel’ marked a bold leap into Alternative Soul, characterized by infectious grooves, lush harmonies, and honest lyrics. Debuting at #5 on the Canadian iTunes Top 200 R&B/Soul chart, the album's success was further cemented when five of its tracks were finalists in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition, with one winning grand prize.

Avery has graced stages across North America and Europe, including renowned music festivals, iconic clubs, and main-stage performing arts centres. She is redefining what it means to be a soul artist in the 21st century, carving a space that is unmistakably her own.

Opening for Avery will be Julia D'Angelo, a Toronto jazz and folk artist. As an actor, dancer, and musician, she brings a natural sense of presence and connection to her performances - whether in a quiet, acoustic setting or with a full band. Her last EP, "Collector", fuses acoustic, jazz, and folk roots with worldly and ambient textures, showcasing her evolving artistry and distinctive sonic palette.
