Varitones is an Ottawa-based Rock and Roll band known for their electrifying live performances.  Featured prominently are their gritty riffs, powerful vocals, bombastic drums, tight bass grooves and dynamic keyboards through a diverse catalog of exciting songs. Their sound is best described as an energetic mix of powerful rock and roll, passionate blues, tight funk and imaginative jazz.

Runaway Kit:
Runaway Kit is an Ottawa-based pop rock band built around the everyday urge to escape our day-to-day lives. Have you ever been in your car and thought to yourself, "What if I just drove"? Where would you go? Would anyone miss you? What would you bring in your Runaway Kit? Featuring energetic keys, melodic basslines, tight rhythms, powerful vocals and soaring saxophone lines, the band delivers engaging performances that are both catchy and emotionally raw.

J. Alexander:
From Hull, QC, J. Alexander is a guitar powerhouse whose soulful sound blends blues, Latin funk, rock, and funk, enriched by dynamic hip-hop collaborations. Starting with classical piano at age 7, he embraced the guitar at 12, channeling emotive blues and fiery riffs inspired by Jimi Hendrix. His vibrant solos and groovy rhythms define a bold style, fusing raw emotion with intricate grooves. J. Alexander’s artistry breaks boundaries, crafting an eclectic sound that resonates across genres.
A staple in Canada’s music scene, he’s rocked Ottawa’s 2017 RBC Bluesfest as a headliner, shined as a session musician at Bluesfest 2015, and toured from Vancouver to Halifax twice. Regular gigs in Montreal, Toronto, and Wakefield’s intimate venues since 2012 showcase his electrifying live energy. J.
