Human Trafficking Information Session for Caregivers and Guardians

Join us for an information session dedicated to educating caregivers and guardians on the critical issue of human trafficking. This event aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to support the young people in your lives. Through this session, you will learn about the different forms of human trafficking, discuss the factors that can make youth vulnerable to trafficking, learn the common indicators that a young person might be a victim of or being groomed into trafficking, discover ways to support youth and promote safety, receive information on local resources and services available for youth, as well as lots of other information!

Why Attend? Human trafficking is a pervasive issue that can affect any community. As a caregiver or guardian, you play a crucial role in supporting the youth in your lives. Your participation is therefore vital in the fight against human trafficking. Together, we can shed light on this crime that is occurring in our city and help promote a safer environment for youth. This session is designed to be informative and empowering, providing caregivers and guardians with the critical information and resources they need to protect and support the youth in their lives.
