SOURPUSSY isn’t going to try winning you over with cliche, overused promises of “unique/genre transcending” non-descriptors. They give out candy at their shows instead. They’re a trio making punk music for crybabies. Hella melodies. Hella distortion. Hella drums.

Saturn Sunrise:
Saturn Sunrise is an Ottawa based indie/alternative rock band with some deliciously good bluesy riffs. Saturn Sunrise is a passion project for the band. In a world where rock seems to be taking a back seat to the pop/top 40s songs, we're driven to promote live rock music in the Ottawa music scene.

Castle Black:
Castle Black is a female-fronted Brooklyn, NY based band, an ever-evolving thunderstorm of sound on a back-drop of addictive hooks and edgy soundscapes. Described as drawing from punk, post-punk, grunge, alternative and new wave, Castle Black defies the average rock genre. “Castle Black have created a new sound of uncompromised work that have drawn comparisons to nearly every type of underground rock from the last four decades.” (The Aquarian) With an intense live show, “impossible to tell what was coming next, except that it was bound to be loud and hard and intense – and catchy" (NY Music Daily), Castle Black is a “reminder of what dominating guitar riffs, melodic basslines, booming drums and a powerful singer with rock prowess can do.” (Subversive Zine)
